What it looks like when you see it.
Three things happen in front of you. Each one runs on the tools you already have access to, and each one ends with something you can keep.
A voice agent calls your phone
A voice agent calls your phone from a real number. You answer, you speak, and it answers back in your own language, with the questions your work actually asks. Nothing about it is scripted.
Images and video, made in front of you
You give a sentence, and an image and a short clip are made from it while you watch. You decide whether they are good enough to use, and you see how quickly that changes.
What the models do, and where they fail
You see what the current models actually do, in plain language, and where they are confidently wrong. The limits are part of the demonstration, not a footnote.
The formats
Three formats: an Explore Day for teams new to AI, 10x Hacker in two lengths for security teams, and a custom course for everything else.
01Explore Day
One day, in two halves.
The primary offer, and the usual first step. It is built for a team that has met AI in a chat window and little else.
- Who it is for
- Companies and their teams with little or no hands-on experience. The whole company is welcome, from leadership to assistants. No technical background is assumed.
- The length
- One day, in two halves.
- What happens
- Morning, demonstrations across the field: a voice agent calls your phone, images and video are made in front of you, and you see what the current models actually do and where they fail. Afternoon, you use it yourselves, on API keys we bring, with help on hand.
- What you leave with
- Your own first idea, on paper, and a short list of what is worth building.

Companies know AI exists, and have no felt sense of what it can do, so they never form project ideas of their own. The day manufactures the idea.

They do it themselves.
In the afternoon the room opens the tools on keys we bring, with the morning's demonstrations still on the table. Nobody watches and nobody takes notes. Everyone builds something small before the day ends.
02Cyber Defence · 10x Hacker
A half day, or a full day, for security teams.
Technical, for people who already code and already work in security. The half day runs on the work a blue team does every shift. The full day goes to the model itself, and is by request.
- Who it is for
- Senior and technical. The half day is for a SOC or a blue team. The full day is for red and blue together, and for the people who buy for them.
- The two lengths
- A half day on the shift work, and a full day that goes offensive as well. The full day is by request.
- The half day
- Alert triage, enrichment, detection engineering and report writing, each one taken as agent work. Every piece maps to something the team already does on shift, so nothing has to be invented to use it on Monday.
- The full day
- Agents and harnesses for offensive security work, including model-level work (abliteration) so a model will cooperate with restricted, adversarial tasks instead of refusing. A VPS for each participant, and attack and defence in pairs in the afternoon.
- What you leave with
- From the half day, agents running against your own alerts. From the full day, a harness you built yourselves, and a model that cooperates with the work.

- A single subject taken deep, or a mix. We scope it with you, teach it, and leave the material behind.
